Air Cairo has delayed the return to Skopje, Sarajevo and Banja Luka service, The airline suspended these three routes in early October and planned to resume them in late December according to their winter-schedule. However, the routes are now removed from the winter-season schedule and they are planned to be resumed in late March 2023, when the next summer-season begins. The airline currently operates flights only to Belgrade in this region, three times a week from Hurghada.
