The rest 206,161 passengers were carried with scheduled flights from Belgrade, Nis and Kraljevo airports.
Air Serbia operated scheduled flights up to 41 destinations in July. Tivat, Podgorica, Paris, Zurich, New York and Moscow were among the most popular destinations of Air Serbia during the month of July.
The airline operated to 30 destinations in May when it carried over 100.000 passengers, followed by 68% growth in June when Air Serbia carried more than 170.000 passengers and operated flights to 38 destinations.
“We are glad that the growth trend continues, despite the circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. This is an indicator that we have made the right business decisions at the right moment. We monitored demand and increased the capacity to the most popular destinations in our network whenever we had the chance, thus providing our passengers even more choices during the summer season. We will continue to do so in the coming period as well, with the aim to provide strong connectivity between cities in the region, Europe, and the whole world,” said Jiří Marek, General Manager Commercial and Strategy, Air Serbia.
