Air Serbia, the national carrier of Air Serbia has wet-leased one jet from Air Montenegro, the national carrier of Montenegro according to the Aviation portal "Avioportal ME".
Aircraft lease, by agreement, includes crew, maintenance and insurance (wet lease). The exact number of hours of engagement, as well as the income that the Montenegrin airline will have from this lease, will be known only after the end of the lease period.
An important item of the agreement is that Montenegrin Embraer, in terms when it is not engaged for the needs of the Serbian national airline, will be available to Air Montenegro.
In this way, the Serbian national airline will get a verified crew, which will fly to the airports it knows well.
If Air Montenegro bases it in Belgrade, it will be just another item that will facilitate Air Serbia's operations in situations where it is necessary to react more quickly by introducing a new aircraft.
