Air Serbia has terminated the flights between Belgrade and Geneva last month due to the low demand. The airline previously operated two weekly flights on this route and planned to continue the operations during the winter season. The route was then downgraded on seasonal operations only and the flights were expected to end in late October and to start again next summer. Airbus A319 aircraft was deployed on this route.
Air Serbia had low demand on this route because of easyJet which is very strong in the city of Geneva and operated four weekly flights to Belgrade with Airbus A319 and A320 aircraft. The Serbian flag carrier introduced the flights to Geneva seven months ago and has already terminated them. There is no information if Air Serbia plans to operate to Geneva next year.
