The Serbian national carrier - Air Serbia will launch flights to 19 new routes next summer-season so far. The airline will connect Belgrade and Serbia with around 100 destinations in the world.
With the launch of these 19 routes, Air Serbia will operate 69 weekly rotations more, most of which are to Budapest. The airline also launched flights to Hannover, Nuremberg, Salzburg, Lyon, Trieste, Bologna, Bari, Sochi, Rostov on Don, Palma De Mallorca, Valencia, Malaga, Malta and Tianjin from Belgrade this year. As well as flights from both Nis and Kraljevo to Istanbul.
Air Serbia is yet to schedule its return to Tel Aviv and Cairo; routes which are suspended since the start of the pandemic. The airline also said that flights on another long-haul routes are planning, Miami and Toronto included.
Belgrade - Budapest route will be operated 17 times a week: twice a day on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays and three times a day on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, All flights on this route will be operated with ATR72 turboprop aircraft.
Belgrade - Ankara flights will operate four times a week, every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday with Airbus A319 aircraft. Among Air Serbia, Anadolujet on behalf of Turkish Airlines will also operate on this route.
Belgrade - Catania route will operate twice a week, every Monday and Friday with Airbus A319 and A320 aircraft.
Belgrade - Izmir flights will operate twice a week, every Wednesday and Saturday with Airbus A319 jet.
Belgrade - Heraklion flights will operate three times a week, every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday with Airbus A320 aircraft.
Belgrade - Hamburg flights will operate three times a week, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday with Airbus A319 jet. Among Air Serbia, Wizz Air will also operate flights on this route with Airbus A321 aircraft.
Belgrade - Chicago flights will operate three times a week, every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday with Airbus A330-200 jet.
Belgrade - Gothenburg flights will operate three times a week, every Monday, Thursday and Sunday with Airbus A319 jet. Among Air Serbia, Wizz Air will also operate flights on this route with Airbus A321 aircraft.
Belgrade - Cologne flights will operate three times a week, every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Airbus A319 jet will be deployed. This is one of the busiest unserved routes from Belgrade which will be launched. Air Serbia faces no direct competition on this route.
Belgrade - Naples flights will operate twice a week, every Monday and Friday with both Airbus A319 and A320 aircraft.
Belgrade - Florence flights will operate twice a week, every Tuesday and Saturday with Airbus A319 aircraft.
Belgrade - Marseille flights will operate twice a week, every Tuesday and Saturday as well with Airbus A319 aircraft.
Belgrade - Chania flights will operate three times a week, every Monday, Thursday and Sunday with Airbus A320 aircraft.
Belgrade - Krakow flights will operate four times per week, every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday with ATR72 turboprop aircarft.
Belgrade - Ohrid flights will operate four times a week, every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday with ATR72 turboprop aircraft.
Belgrade - Rhodes flights will operate four times a week, every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday with Airbus A320 aircraft.
Belgrade - Varna flights will operate four times a week, every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday with ATR72 turboprop aircraft.
Belgrade - Corfu flights will operate twice a week, every Monday and Friday with Airbus A320 aircraft.
