During the next summer season, Air Serbia will introduce direct flights between Belgrade and the Italian cities of Catania, Naples, Florence, and Palermo, bringing the total number of destinations of the national airline in this Mediterranean country to ten. Air Serbia plans to operate flights to new destinations in Italy twice a week, using Airbus A319 and A320 aircraft. Fares are already available for purchase.
"We are continuing the trend of introducing new destinations in the summer season. Our presence in Italy will be expanded with four attractive destinations that will offer our travellers the opportunity to enjoy different types of vacations - from the unreal Dolomites and Alps in the north, through unique landscapes in Tuscany to the most beautiful beaches in the world in Sicily. This is just the beginning, you can expect more good news from Air Serbia in the coming days," said Boško Rupić, General Manager Commercial and Strategy, Air Serbia.
Flights between Belgrade and Catania will commence on 14 April 2023, and will be operated on Mondays and Fridays, providing good connectivity, via Belgrade, between Catania and Paris, Stockholm, Dusseldorf, Istanbul, Lyon, Zurich, Berlin, Amsterdam, Oslo, Tivat, Prague, Zagreb, Podgorica, Vienna, Stuttgart, Hanover, Copenhagen and other cities. Tickets are already available for the starting price of 99 euros for one-way flights in economy class.
Starting on 19 May 2023, every Monday and Friday, passengers will have the opportunity to fly to the main port city in southern Italy, Naples. Tickets for Naples are available at the starting price of 69 euros for one-way flights in economy class. Air Serbia offers good connections from Naples, via Belgrade, to Paris, Stockholm, Dusseldorf, Istanbul, Lyon, Zurich, Berlin, Amsterdam, Oslo, Tivat, Prague, Zagreb, Podgorica, Vienna, Stuttgart, Hanover, and Copenhagen.
Flights between Belgrade and Florence will commence on 20 May, 2023, on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Air Serbia will start operating flights to Palermo, the regional capital of Sicily, on 14 June, 2023, every Wednesday and Saturday.
Tickets to this destination are available at a price starting at 99 euros, for one-way flights in economy class. Air Serbia provides good connections from Palermo, via Belgrade, to other cities in its network such as Dusseldorf, Zurich, Amsterdam, Paris, Istanbul, Vienna, Ljubljana, Zagreb, Berlin, Oslo and Stuttgart.
