easyJet increases passenger capacity on Skopje flights!

easyJet increases the passenger capacity on its flights to Skopje just two weeks after they were launched. The airline will deploy an Airbus A320 aircraft on the flights from Geneva to Skopje today with capacity of 186 seats configured in 31 rows.

The airline will offer 20% more capacity on every flight to Skopje with its Airbus A320 aircraft this month if compared with the Airbus A319 which was deployed for the last two weeks with capacity of 156 seats.

It comes after the high demand for tickets which made the planes full on this route. The Airbus A320 aircraft will be deployed on this route until 10 December. However, easyJet may further deploy the bigger variant of its Airbus A320 family aircrafts on Skopje flights.

Among easyJet which is the only airline to operate on this route, three other carries operate flights between Switzerland and North Macedonia, Wizz Air operates between Skopje, Ohrid and Basel, Chair Airlines between Skopje, Ohrid and Basel as well as Edelweiss Air between both Macedonian Airports and Basel. Edelweiss Air does not operate to Macedonia currently and plans to resume its services in December this year.
