The German carrier Eurowings will suspend the flights from Cologne to Tirana this Saturday, July 30th. The route will be suspended until 3rd September and once it is resumed it will be operated once a week, every Saturday until early November with Airbus A319 aircraft. Eurowings will continue to operate twice a week on the routes from Dusseldorf and Stuttgart to Tirana.
However, Tirana Airport will remain to be directly connected with Cologne during that period, as Wizz Air operates every Monday and Friday on the route with Airbus A321 aircraft. As of 7th September, the flights will be increased on three times a week i.e. there will be additional rotation every Wednesday on the route.
