Few foreign carriers will reduce and suspend their flights to Skopje this winter season.
Air Serbia will reduce its operations on the route Belgrade - Skopje from eight to seven times a week this Winter. The flights will operate once a day on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. Friday and Sunday and twice a day on Saturday. ATR72 aircraft with 66 seats capacity is deployed on this route.
Austrian Airlines will also reduce the number of weekly flights on the route Vienna - Skopje from 14 to 12 times a week. The airline will operate two daily rotations every day on this route except Tuesday and Saturday when it will operate only once a day. Airbus A320 aircraft is deployed on this route.
Pegasus Airlines planned five weekly rotations to Skopje this winter season. However the airline has now changed the plans and will operate seven weekly flights on this route which is only one weekly flight less then in the summer season. The flights from Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport to Skopje will operate every day with Airbus A320 aircraft.
Chair Airlines will reduce its operations from Zurich to Skopje as well. The flights will be reduced from nine to seven times a week this winter as usual. They will operate every day with Airbus A319 aircraft which has capacity for 150 seats.
Croatia Airlines will operate only twice a week from Zagreb to Skopje this winter as previously reported. The flights will operate every Monday and Friday with Airbus A319 aircraft.
Turkish Airlines has also changed the schedule for Skopje this winter season. The Turkish national airline previously planned 14 weekly rotations on this route. However the flights will continue to operate 7 times a week, only once a day with Boeing B737-800 aircraft.
Windrose Airlines will continue to operate once a week on the route Kyiv - Skopje, every Thursday with Embraer Regional Jet ERJ145 with capacity of 49 seats.
Nordwind Airlines will also operate twice a week on the route Moscow Sheremetyevo - Skopje. The flights will operate every Tuesday with Embraer E190 and every Friday with Boeing B737-800 or Airbus A321 aircraft. The tickets for the route Saint Petersburg - Skopje are yet to be put on sale.
Aegean Airlines will continue to operate with the same schedule on the route Athens - Skopje as well. The flights will operate every Tuesday and Thursday with Dash-8 Q400 aircraft.
LOT Polish Airlines will suspend its flights from Warsaw to SKopje this winter season. The last flight on this route for this year is planned to be operated on October 30. LOT plans to operate to Skopje again as of March 29th next year.
