Sofia will be the second destination of ITA Airways in the Balkan, complementing the flights to Tirana which run seven times a week.
This route is also served three times a week by Bulgaria Air, the national airline of Bulgaria which has codeshare agreement with ITA on these flights. Wizz Air and Ryanair also offer nine weekly flights from Sofia to the airport of Rome Ciampino.
