LOT Polish Airlines will introduce its sixth destination in Former Yugoslavia this summer season. The carrier will launch flights from the Polish capital to Sarajevo on 30 May. The flights will operate five times a week during the summer season, every day except on Wednesday and Sunday. Embraer E170 and E175 aircraft with up to 80 seats capacity will operate on this route.
LOT Polish Airlines will now directly compete with Turkish Airlines, Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines and Swiss at Sarajevo Airport. Among Sarajevo, the carrier plans to operate charter flights from Katowice to Mostar this season.
LOT will continue to operate to Zagreb, Belgrade, Ljubljana, Podgorica, Tirana and Sofia this summer season. The flights to Skopje will be resumed on 17 May. Summer seasonal flights will be operated to Dubrovnik, Split, Zadar, Burgas and Ohrid.
