Lufthansa has delayed the resumption of the flights from Munich to Ljubljana and Zagreb. Both routes were suspended in March 2020 when the pandemic started. They were scheduled to be resumed on 28 March this year previously. Both routes are now delayed and will not be in operation until 2 May. Once the flights resume, they will operate every day with CRJ900 and Airbus A319 aircraft. Lufthansa will continue to connect Zagreb and Ljubljana with Frankfurt.
Zagreb is currently connected with Munich on daily basis by Croatia Airlines, while Ljubljana does not have any direct flight to this city in Germany.
The German national carrier currently operates direct flights from Munich to Belgrade and Sofia and plans to resume the flights to Tirana on 25 February.
