Luxair will suspend the flights between Luxembourg City and Belgrade as of October 24. The flights on this route will not be in operation for a period of 50 days, i.e. until December 16. Once they resume in mid December, they will operate with the same flight schedule as now, twice a week, every Thursday and Sunday with Q400 turboprop aircraft. The route was launched this summer season and it has been in operation since then.
Belgrade was among the three routes that the national carrier of Luxembourg launched to the Balkan this season together with Podgorica and Tivat. The flights to Tivat will end this week while to Podgorica they will operate until November 4 with two weekly rotation. Q400 aircraft with around 80 seats capacity is deployed to these two routes as well.
