Mostar Airport welcomed 4 623 passengers in August of this year, representing a decrease by 44,75% if compared to the same month before the pandemic, in 2019 when 8 369 passengers were handled, but also an increase if compared to August last year when only 253 passengers were welcomed at the airport.
The number of the aircraft movements in August is 100, 78 of them are non-scheduled international i.e. charter flights and the remaining 22 are business flights. There were 113 aircraft movements in August 2019 and only 18 in August last year.
During the January - August period of this year, Mostar Airport welcomed a total of 8 081 passengers, down by 62,45% if compared to the same period in 2019 when 21 535 passengers were handled.
