Nordwind Airlines touched down in Skopje after its first flight from Saint Petersburg this afternoon. This is second route that the Russian carrier launched to Skopje, with Moscow Sheremetyevo flights in the first place which are operating since June this year. The flights from Saint Petersburg will operate once a week, every Tuesday until the end of October. The airline may further schedule flights on this route for the upcoming winter-season. Embraer E190 aircraft by Pegas Fly is deployed for these flights.
Nordwind will continue to operate from Moscow to Skopje three times a week this and next month, with flights every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Airbus A321neo is deployed for Wednesday rotations, Embraer E190 for Monday rotations and Boeing B737-800 aircraft for Friday rotations. The flights will continue to operate twice a week during the winter-season, every Tuesday and Friday with Boieng B737-800 aircraft. The airline may further launch new routes from Russia to Skopje.
