North Macedonia is the third country from the Balkan to close its airspace for Russian aircrafts. The Government of the country decided to join the other countries of EU which did the same today and yesterday. This will affect Nordwind Airlines which planned to resume the flights from Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport to the Macedonian Capital on 1 March. The flights were planned to operate every Tuesday and Friday during the month. The airline also plans to resume Saint Petersburg - Skopje service at the end of April.
