Skopje International Airport handled 213 029 passengers in June this year and has officially reached the pre-pandemic levels with a decrease by only 0.5% if compared to June 2019 when 214 085 passengers were handled.

The airport even has some new routes since then, such as Geneva, Bologna, Turin, Billund, Izmir and Monastir.
If compared to June 2021, there is an increase by 104,5% when 104 395 passengers were welcomed and only 36 passengers were handled in June 2020 because the airport was closed for operations due to the pandemic.
The number of the aircraft movements in June is 1 830, down by 1,3% if compared to June 2019 when the number was 1 855.
During the first six months of 2022, Skopje Airport welcomed a total of 860 950 passengers, down by 18,5% if compared to the same period in 2019 when 1 056 822 travelers were handled.
