Split Airport welcomed 162.475 passengers through its doors during the month of October, representing a decrease by 34% if compared to the same period in 2019 when the airport handled 247.172 travelers. This also represents an increase by over 530% if compared to October 2020 when the airport handled only 25.796 passengers.
The busiest month for Split Airport was August when 494.241 passengers were handled, followed by July with 352.857 travelers. The airport handled a total of 1.525.888 passengers for the first 10 months of the year.
Split airport will remain connected with Frankfurt, Munich and Rome as international destinations during the Winter as well as with Zagreb, Rijeka, Pula and Dubrovnik as domestic routes during this season.
