Split Airport handled 27,128 passengers during the month of November, representing a decrease by 40% if compared to the same period in 2019 when the airport handled 45,871 passengers. Again, this also represents an increase of 234% if compared to November 2020 when the airport welcomed only 8,131 travelers.
Split Airport was connected with five international routes last month, three of which were operated by Croatia Airlines to Frankfurt, Munich and Rome Fiumicino. All of them were operating every day, seven times a week. Airbus A319 was deployed to Frankfurt, Q400 to Munich and Rome Fiumicino. The other two, were operated by Eurowings to Dusseldorf and Stuttgart. Both were operated few times a week with A320 and A319 aircrafts.
Split airport was also connected with Zagreb, Rijeka, Pula and Dubrovnik by Croatia Airlines and Trade Air.
