The Turkish summer holiday airline SunExpress has terminated the route Antalya - Ljubljana last week. The airline launched the operations to the Slovenian capital in mid June and stoped them in a month. The last flight was operated past Friday, July 16. The airline maintained two weekly rotations to Ljubljana, every Monday and Friday with Boeing B737-800 aircraft. The flights were previously planned to end in mid September. Among Ljubljana, SunExpress has also terminated Antalya - Sofia service which was planned to start and to operate only in August.
SunExpress will remain to operate to operate on one route in the Balkan only - Skopje. The flights between Antalya and Skopje are operating with reduced schedule this year. three times a week. Turkish Airlines and Anadolujet are operating daily flights on this route.
