Ural Airlines has suspended the flights between Moscow and Sofia due to the low demand. The carrier plans to resume the one weekly service on 4 February. Only 6 rotations are scheduled to be operated on the route Moscow Zhukovsky Airport - Sofia, one every Friday until 11 March. The route is then going to be terminated as no further flights are scheduled for the upcoming summer or for the next winter season. Airbus A321neo aircraft will be deployed on the last six rotations to the Bulgarian capital.
Aeroflot and Bulgaria Air will continue to operate daily flights between Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport and Sofia.
