Wizz Air has brought forward the resumption of the flights between the Hungarian and the Macedonian capital for 27 March instead of 30 October which means that the route will be in operation this summer season. The route has been suspended since the start of the pandemic in March 2020 and was resumed once for a very short period since then.
The route is now planned for resumption on 27 March this year with two weekly rotations on Thursdays and Sundays. The route will be operated from Budapest base with Airbus A320 aircraft with capacity of 180 seats. The aircraft will leave Budapest at 12:10PM on Sundays and will arrive in Skopje at 13:35. The A320 will have 35 minutes for a turnaround at Skopje and will depart back for Budapest at 14:10PM. The arrival time at the Hungarian capital is scheduled for 15:30PM on Sundays. On Thursdays, the aircraft will depart to Skopje at 14:00PM and will arrive at its destination at 15:25. After 35 minutes it will depart back to Budapest and will arrive there at 17:20PM on Thursdays.
