Wizz Air has launched the flights between Tirana and Athens this Tuesday, December 13th. The airline will operate three times a week on this route during the winter, every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday with Airbus A321 aircraft. The Tirana based jet will fly to Tel Aviv and back after its arrival at Athens before continuing back to Albania. Services are already scheduled to be increased as of late March. Air Albania and Aegean Airlines will directly compete with Wizz Air on this route which are operating daily flights between both capitals.
