Wizz Air plans to keep the operations from Skopje to the main airport of Rome during the summer season. The airline switched the airport in Rome from Ciampino to Fiumicino on the route from Skopje this winter season due to a construction at the airport of Ciampino. Although Rome Ciampino airport will be opened during the summer season, Wizz Air does not plans to return to this airport with flights from Skopje.
Wizz Air has currently suspended the flights between the Macedonian and Italian capital and plans to resume them in late March. They will operate every Monday and Friday until late May and every Tuesday and Saturday until the end of the summer season.
