The Budapest based low cost carrier Wizz Air will operate a total of 6 440 flights from the Balkan during the month of September which is 2,12% less then last month when 6 580 flights were operated ( according to our post on 01.08.2022 ) and 6,5% less then in July when 6 888 flights were operated ( also according to our post on 01.07.2022 ).
Most of the flights or 1468 will be operated from the base in Tirana, followed by Sofia with 952 scheduled flights and Skopje with 784 scheduled operations. The airline will also operate from Belgrade, Sarajevo, Tuzla, Varna and Burgas base this month as well as to Ohrid, Kukes, Nis, Pristina, Plovdiv, Podgorica, Banja Luka, Split, Dubrovnik and Ljubljana. Their seasonal base in Burgas will be closed in mid-September.
