Wizz Air to reduce the flights to four routes from Split!


Wizz Air plans to reduce the flights to a lot of destinations to the Balkans next month, but also plans to increase them all again in October. Among Skopje, Belgrade and Varna, Wizz Air will aslo reduce the flights from Vienna, Dortmund, Rome and London Luton to Split before completely finishing them for this summer season.


The flights from Vienna to Split will be reduced from twice to once a week by removing the Monday rotation on September 6th. The flights on this route will continue to operate during Friday only until September 24th. Airbus A320 aircraft is deployed on this route. The flights on this route will start again on June 13, 2022 and will operate every Monday and Friday with the same aircraft type.


Dortmund - Split flights will also be reduced from three times to twice a week by removing the Thursday rotation as of September 9. The flights will then continue to operate every Tuesday and Saturday and will end on October 30. Airbus A320 aircraft is deployed on this route. They will start again on June 14, 2022 with the same flight schedule.


Rome Fiumicino - Split will also be reduced from three to two times a week as of September 1st. The flights will operate every Monday and Friday in September and every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from October 1 to October 29. They will start again on March 28, 2022 with the same flight schedule.


The last route to be reduced is London Luton - Split which will operate three times instead of four times a week. The airline will remove the Sunday rotation on this route as of September 5. The last flight on this route is scheduled for October 1. The flights on this route will start again on June 13 and will operate every day.
