Wizz Air to resume 11, start the flights to 26 routes and deploy 4 aircrafts in the Balkan in 2021!

The greenest carrier in Europe, Wizz Air plans to resume 11 routes from Belgrade, Pristina, Podgorica, Skopje, Sofia and Varna until the end of December this year and plans to start the operations to over 25 new destinations.


Wizz Air will resume the following routes from the Balkan:


Belgrade - Hannover on 19 December, Wednesday and Sunday;


Pristina - Rome Fiumicino on 17 December, Monday and Friday;


Podgorica - Milan Malpensa on 13 December, Monday and Thursday;


Skopje - Larnaca on 18 December, Tuesday and Saturday;


Skopje - Malta on 17 December, Monday and Friday;


Skopje - Vaxjo on 17 December, Monday and Friday;


Ohrid - Milan Malpensa on 19 December, Wednesday and Sunday;


Ohrid - London Luton on 5 December, Thursday and Sunday;


Sofia - Bratislava on 17 December, Monday and Friday;


Varna - Larnaca on 17 December, Monday and Friday;


Varna - Prague on 16 December, Thursday and Sunday.



Among these 11, Wizz Air will start the flights to 26 new routes from Skopje, Ohrid, Tirana, Belgrade, Tuzla, Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Ljubljana and Plovdiv:


Skopje - Billund on December 19, Thursday and Sunday;

Skopje - Bologna on December 19, Wednesday and Sunday;

Skopje - Turin on December 19, Thursday and Sunday;


Ohrid - Friedrichshafen on December 18, Tuesday and Saturday;


Tirana - Billund on December 9, Thursday and Sunday;

Tirana - Oslo Torp on December 11, Tuesday and Saturday;

Tirana - Madrid on December 12, Wednesday and Sunday;

Tirana - Liverpool on December 9, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday;


Belgrade - Billund on December 17, Monday, Wednesday and Friday;

Belgrade - Frankfurt Hahn on December 16, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday;

Belgrade - Barcelona on December 19, Wednesday and Sunday;

Belgrade - Vaxjo on December 17, Monday and Friday;

Among the new routes, Wizz Air will also upgrade its fleet at Skopje by deploying the fifth Airbus aircraft, at Tirana by deploying the sixth Airbus Aircraft, at Sarajevo by deploying the second Airbus jet and at Belgrade by deploying the third Airbus aircraft.


Wizz Air has also announced new routes from Ukraine, Italy, Hungary, Austria, Spain, Poland and many more, as well as their newest base in Venice Marco Polo Airport, Italy.
