The low cost carrier Wizz Air will return to the Capital of Slovenia with direct flights from London Luton Airport. The route was terminated two years ago i.e. after the end of the summer-season 2019. Ljubljana Airport has not been connected with Luton Airport since then, The flights will start as of December 13 and will operate thee times a week, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday during the winter season. They are expected to continue with operation during the next summer season. Airbus A321 aircraft with capacity of 230 seats is deployed on this route. Among Wizz Air, easyJet has also scheduled flights from Luton to Ljubljana which are expected to start in late March next year. They will continue to operate from London Gatwick to Ljubljana this winter season together with British Airways from London Heathrow Airport.
