Wizz Air announces nine new routes from Bosnia and Herzegovina for December. The low cost carrier will open 7 new routes from Sarajevo and will allocate its second Airbus A320 aircraft at the base which is going to be deployed on these 7 routes and on some existing ones which are going to be increased. The airline launched flights from Sarajevo to Billund, Cologne, Frankfurt Hahn, Hamburg, Venice Treviso, Oslo Torp and Malmo. It is also going to increase the flights to Copenhagen, Dortmund, Memmingen, Eindhoven, Gothenburg and Stockholm Skavsta. This expansion is planned for Mid December this year.
Among Sarajevo expansion, Wizz Air will launched two new routes from Tuzla to Nurnberg and Milan Malpensa:
Tuzla - Nurnberg will start on December 14 and will operate every Tuesday and Saturday;
Tuzla - Milan Malpensa will start on December 17 and will operate on Monday and Friday.
Bosnia and Herzegovina is the second country from Ex - Yugoslavia which will get air connection with Italy by Wizz Air, with Macedonia in the first place. The airline will connect the city of Milan with Sarajevo and Venice with Tuzla. Among Italy, Norway is also new country for Wizz Air in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Wizz Air will compete with Norwegian Air on this route which operates flights from Oslo Gardermoen to Sarajevo.
