WizzAir will resume the operations on the route Skopje - Rome Champino today with the first flight to depart this afternoon at 01:15 PM. The airline did not operate on this route since the start of the pandemic. This Italian route is the last to be resumed from Skopje base. The flights to Treviso were the first ones to resume in early July while the flights to Milan Malpensa were resumed last week.
WizzAir will operate twice a week on the route Skopje - Rome Champino until October, with flights every Tuesday and Saturday. The route will be increased on three times a week in November by adding Thursday rotation. Airbus A321 aircraft is deployed to all Italian destinations from Skopje.
Skopje - Milan Malpensa flights are operating as they did before the pandemic, twice a week, every Wednesday and Sunday.
Skopje - Treviso flights are operating once a week this month, every Sunday. They will be increased on twice a week by adding Thursday rotation during the first week of August.
Currently, a five-day quarantine is required for all travelers entering Italy from Macedonia until 30 of July. The restrictive measures are expected to further be changed after this date.
